I'm actually tired of one diet after another promising that you will lose all of the weight you ever will want without any stress or issues. We all know it never works that way. Diets work for a bit, and then bammo! You hit that brick wall and regardless of what you do you just can't seem to lose any more weight.

Seem familiar? I'll wager it does. So what do you do next? It is not as tough as you believe. Starts looking for new recipes to cook that are healthy instead of searching for a new diet.
