What To Do About Women's Hair Loss

Hair loss in women isn't always caused by styling too often, or dying your hair or straightening it; some women don't do any of these things - especially younger women. In these cases it is usually caused by poor nutrition, underlying medical problem or even medications.

To resolve hair loss in women, you have to first understand what is causing it. A trip to the doctor can help pinpoint any medical issues such as anemia (iron deficiency). Your doctor may advise you to take iron supplements, but only do so when advised by a doctor

4. Scalp massages are also good for preventing hair loss in women because they increase blood flow to the scalp.
